Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that all certificates of authenticity and display cases are included.

  Ship to Mini Museum

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
